Classes for children ages 5 and up.
We help teach them Patience, Respect, Self-Control and Hand / Eye Coordination. In addition to effective self-defense skills and traditional empty hand Kata, we teach them to make wise choices, how to deal with peer pressure, build confidence, and develope leadership skills.
Our classes for men, women and young adults offer a great workout. Students are taught how to improve themselves while helping others at the same time in order to foster a team-oriented environment. Students learn effective self-defense skills in all areas of our curriculum, while improving overall physical fitness and mental awareness.
Open to any student who consistently demonstrates excellent attitude and solid skills. Team members are trained to be effective instructors and leaders in their commnity.
